What the Case Studies Show
Each project tested a different part of our model: supplying equipment at scale, moving it to remote sites, rebuilding turbines, refurbishing stations and operating plants for years. Together they show one company carrying responsibility from asset to operation.

How Logistics Shaped These Projects
Many of these sites were far from ports and workshops. Containerised gensets, heavy turbine packages and engine spares all had to arrive in the right order, and operations teams needed reliable spares supply afterwards. That experience informs how SmartPower Logistics plans every delivery today.

- USP&E supplied 28 Cummins KTA50 containerised diesel gensets, 1,275 kVA each, for Perseus Mining’s Nyanzaga Gold Project in Tanzania.
