What Performance Monitoring Tracks
SmartPower collects operating data from engines, turbines, generators and auxiliaries: output, fuel use, running hours, starts, temperatures, pressures and alarms. That data is turned into measures such as fuel per unit generated, availability and cost per kWh, so you can see which units perform well and which need attention.
Trends matter more than snapshots. A slow rise in exhaust temperature or fuel use can reveal a developing problem long before it causes a trip.
From Data to Action
Monitoring is only useful when it changes what people do. SmartPower links alerts and trends to maintenance planning through CMMS tools, so findings become work orders with parts and crews scheduled. Reports are written for owners as well as engineers.
