Procurement & Inventory Logistics
Procurement is the backbone of SmartPower Logistics. USP&E accesses 2000 MW+ of new and surplus gas turbines and reciprocating power stations through owned positions, exclusivity, and direct-owner relationships (Unique-site phrasing). Live browsing stays at the inventory hub only.
When a CMMS work order calls for a major component or a bridge machine, the pathway is short: inquire → Fast Quote culture → verified documentation → ship → install → update asset history. Near-term COD pulls from live inventory; growth phases can reserve FX-45 modular slots from 2028.
Construction, Commissioning & Handover
EPC/EPCM covers detailed design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover under a single point of accountability. Scope includes gensets, turbines, switchgear, transformers, fuel, BOP, civil, mechanical, electrical, controls, load-bank testing, protection proving, and performance proving.
